Hi I'm Lewis and I established Walks with Lewis, a small walking tour company based in Edinburgh.

I have been living in Edinburgh since 2010 and am a very keen walker and outdoor enthusiast and an experienced walk leader at a local walking club. I have developed a deep knowledge of Edinburgh’s walking routes having explored the city on foot for many years and live in the city centre.

The best way to see Edinburgh is definitely on foot. It enables you to walk along all the footpaths, closes and alleyways in the city that vehicles cannot access and see things close up. Walking also means you can travel at your preferred pace and take in more detail.

I always enjoy meeting people from across the world and have a lot of experience of hosting visitors through my work in the hospitality sector. I look forward to sharing my passion for Edinburgh with you on one of my walks.
